USA Return Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If not completely satisfied, our domestic customers may return the unused portion (within one year of date of purchase) with a short explanation, and we will promptly refund your payment.

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

International Return Policy

At Pink Products, everything we do is to provide you with the best products and service to support healthy living.

All international orders are eligible for a refund within 4 months (120 days) of the order date.

We will fully refund and/or replace an order when:

  • You are not satisfied with the products you have received
  • You receive the wrong order, or missing items in your order
  • If your package gets returned from customs due to product restrictions
  • If your package is returned because of an undeliverable address

No returns are necessary if your order is below $100 USD. Simply submit your request within the appropriate time frame. We are committed to giving you the best experience with our products and guarantee 100% satisfaction from our customer service team.
